With more than ten years of experience running luxury lodges and providing outstanding guest services, I have established a career based on excellence, authenticity, and purposeful hospitality. I have led teams and created customised guest experiences for top Zambian tourism brands. I have a Degree in Hospitality Management, and a Bachelor of Public Administration degree, which have given me both operational and strategic leadership skills. 

Beyond hospitality, I am committed to community development, promoting rural education, women’s empowerment, and youth mentorship. I work to bring about significant change that benefits people and places via tourism and public involvement.

My objective is to lead with purpose, serve with compassion, and elevate Zambian hospitality through lasting influence.

We stayed in the Nut House—private, peaceful, and perfectly comfortable with a stunning view and spotless private pool. Breakfast offered a great variety, and our first evening featured a delicious private dinner accompanied by a live a cappella men’s choir—unforgettable! The staff were exceptional, especially our valet Yvonne and the delightful Sula, who was always a pleasure to chat with. We enjoyed a scenic river cruise with a perfect sunset, a magical floating dock dinner, and immersive tours of a nearby village and the Livingstone market.
